1ST: Jamie saw the lights in September coming home from school and remembered one of his fights with Eren-- not Eren himself, just feeling really mad about "being trolled" by some asshole.

2ND:

Reason for Echo: This conversation with Alan. 
Type and tier: Memory 1
What is returned: A memory of Mikasa, what she looked like and her name.. He doesn't remember the person so much as Jamie remembers a very beautiful, different, looking woman with a red scarf. Her personality is vague.

3RD:

Reason for Echo: This event with Ryan after seeing his glowing eyes.
Type and tier: Memory 2
What is returned: Jamie's going to remember a few collective things, for one he'll be remembering titans. Not much about them, just that they are something to be feared, they are large, they are warm.. secondly, and most importantly that Ryan is one of these titans, however a special one. Jamie will know he's seen those eyes once before, they belong to no one else.

What is returned: The connection to why titans are to be feared. They eat people.

What is returned: At some point, he was in the military for reason that didn't include directly fighting/killing titans.

What is returned: Jamie remembers Alan's past life's last name is Yeager and (thanks to Alan) he remembers his past life's first name is Jean. Yeager seems to upset Alan greatly while Jamie has grown fond of the name Jean.

What is returned: Jamie has given this guy a confidence speech before. Somewhere in his past these two were friends, Jean proved it to Bertholdtsomehow.

Reason for Echo: Meeting Marzio for the first time in real life (action post.)

What is returned: Jamie remembers one of the warmest smiles a friend could ever give to another, he can swear the other person is Marzio.

Reason for Echo: Memory of the name 'The Colossal Titan'.

What is returned: How much of a grave impact and negativity the name had on his past life.

Reason for Echo: Meeting Chloe.

What is returned: That shes a Goddess, Jamie doesn't know why... but for some reason this woman is a Goddess.

What is returned: That within his past life Jean must of had a goal that had something to do with unicorns. (Referring to the Military Police.)

What is returned: The name Marco brings back not only an emotionally simulating sense of warmth but also fear, panic, and loss. This person must have been very connected with his past life (Jean.)

What is returned: Jamie remembering when "Ryan" (Reiner) said the only way to kill a titan is by sticking your sword up their ass.

What is returned: Seeing the full name, Connie Springer, has caused Jamie to remember a person with the very same name.

14TH:

Reason for Echo: 3DMG training.
Type and tier: Ability/Item 2??
What is returned: 

Upon attending Ellie's 3DMG class Jamie started learning the basics and how to support himself. Around four exhausting lessons in Jamie does eventually see the tops of trees, nervously shaking in someone elses set of 3DMG. His target is a tree just across from the one they are standing on, at this point Jamie doesn't believe he's going to have any echos from this training.. 

The second Jamie is in the air his lungs catch, it's hard to breath.. His body isn't meant for this sort of exercise but something feels different, a sudden difference. When he makes it across safely Jamie finds that his breathing is normal, wasn't he just short of breath? Part one of this echo is I'd like Jamie to lose his asthma seeing that the shingkei's couldn't possibly maneuver the way they do with asthma. 

After he returns home something is sitting on his bed, this would be the second part where Jamie finally gets his own set of Three Dimensional Maneuver Gear -- Jean's set to be precise.
